Ravinder Gill graduated from MNREC, Allahabad in 1979 as a Mechanical Engineer. After working in the government sector for 2 years he started his career as an entrepreneur. He started off with a non-ferrous foundry in 1982 and then in 1993 established Cast Profiles as a steel foundry.

Swaraj Shergill, an engineering graduate from Carleton University, Canada joined the company in 2009. He handles the international business of the company now.

Saroj Patra has been with the company since its inception in 1993. He is responsible for all the administrative activities in the company. He is a post graduate in Commerce & Business administration.

Himanshu Barik started his career with this company in 1993 as an apprentice and has come a long way and is now the General Manager (Works). His meteoric rise from being an apprentice to GM is testament to his hard work and dedication.

Kamlesh Shukla & Manas Das head the sales division of the company. They are responsible for interacting with existing clients and potential customers.
